Here’s a bit more about Family Constellations.
Our family is an energy field which influences our own individual life in many ways. Certain elements in our family’s history influence our own or our children’s behaviour in predictable and painful ways, for example, if our parents left the country where they were born, if our parents had a still-born child, if a family member was rejected. Family problems arise from these influences, and unless we are aware of them, we have no chance of creating a harmonious family; we will rather be acting out our family’s past.
Bert Hellinger, who developed the method of Family Constellations, has shown the rules and regularities that govern our relationships, rules which he continually tests. Hellinger was kind enough to write in the forward to my book:

Like many people, my life has been enriched through working with Bert Hellinger personally, through learning his method of Family Constellations from him and others, and through teaching the rules and regularities he has discovered as part of my workshops in Relational Intelligence.
I am a questor, a seeker. We believe and practice that we best live our lives through doing the most good and the least harm. Bert Hellinger has shown us many ways to accomplish this goal.
